The location was superb! it was right on the water next to the ferry port offering amazing lake views. breakfasts were first class and the staff were just lovely. sirmione and lake garda are definitely fine. I will be going back for sure.

The location was central and convenient, allowing quick access to the ferry. The staff proved helpful throughout my stay.
The noise from nearby air conditioning units was a significant problem at night. The persistent hum and vibrations reminded me of a motor running behind the wall. Earplugs would have been useful. Breakfast also disappointed. Trays were often empty, and restocking took a long time (I had to wait for croissants).

lakefront bliss!

I stayed here for a few days and the ferry terminal was super close, just steps away. the hotel also has its own sun deck right on the lake, beach towels included. i enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace. It was a relaxing way to start the day, watching the ducks on the lake.
the air conditioning wasn't working correctly in my room, so it was difficult to sleep some nights. i did report this to the staff, but the problem remained unresolved .

The hotel is excellently located in the centre, right on the lakefront. This makes it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. being next to the ferry made day trips to other towns very simple!

i found the location convenient. you could watch the ferries coming and going which was nice. the hotel provided free bicycles. they had no gears but they were handy for getting around town.
the tv picture froze often during viewing. the reception tried to resolve this. however, the problem persisted throughout my stay.
